I can understand how you May be feeling. Its important to get to the root of these emotions. Is there anything significant that happened recently, any trauma, a break up or any significant change that you've been through recently? The mood swings and low feeling can stem from any of these, it can be an emotional outlet for feelings, emotions not being resolved. I would suggest counselling and in the mean time an introspection of your emotions and thoughts, writing down how you feel is also very powerful to release emotionally pent up energy.
