Depression

2018-05-21 07:02:36
I've been dealing with depression since 2016 and was under treatment since then. I switched from one doctor to another twice in this process as the medication provided by both resulted in constant weight gain and sleeping disorders. I discontinued with the treatment in early March this year as it wasn't doing any good to me. I really want to come outta this problem with the help of effective minimal medicine and counselling. I've been suffering a lot lately. Please help!

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. I can understand your suitation and the  need to come out of this problem soon. Medicines are  just one part of any psychic treatment to supress your emotions to give temporary relief and sometimes they create side effects like the one you observed. So it's important to follow certain  non medicine treatment plan in parallel like few lifestyle changes, dietary changes, excersise routines, self therapies and obviously having a regular counselling support. Appreciate your interest to restart your treatment with a counseling to identify the your current depression level, symptoms, root cause and suitable solutions.
