Kindly check since how long have you been feeling this. If it has just been a few days please check your food intake and sleep and whether some event took place in your life.
If it is going on since some months now, it could be signs of extreme stress and/or depression. However, it could also be due to hormonal imbalance. Check if your menstrual cycle is regular, is there too much pain? Do you have skin issues along with it? Also,
vitamin deficiency could cause all this. Please get tests done for all of this before anything else. (Provided this is the case since months).
If none of these issues are diagnosed then consult and mental health professional.
