Hello. How long have you felt this way? If it is a recent issue, was there a stressful situation which caused these feelings? In this case it can be a depressive episode. A psychiatrist will be able to diagnose and provide treatment. If this is a long term issue, this could require some therapy.
Next Steps
Please see a psychiatrist who will diagnose and treat accordingly and may refer to a psychologist.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
