I can suggest you a few things that may help you in some way to overcome this situation.
Walk out of your home
You face problems at your home but that doesn't mean that all this is over for you i would say just go outside. It should not matter if its freezing outside or any other reason just leave your apartment for few minutes and feel the fresh air and walk around.
2. Have some hot drink
Make yourself a strong cup of coffee/ tea. It will help you to relax well and energize your body.
3. Stop being scared
Stop being scared if you donât have an answer to what you want to do with your life. You don't have to have all the answers so stop worrying about what is to come. You need to take things one at a time.
4. Call Someone
Call someone in your family or friends who makes you feel secure safe and happy. Make sure he is someone whom you can talk to openly with and are comfortable. Spend time talking to them discussing about your life.
5. Go on an adventure
Whether it's a day trip, or a week-long drive go out and explore the world. This will not only allow you to tap into the flow, but it will also give you the time and focus to really reconnect with yourself again. I am sure when you come back you will have far more clarity about where you are going than you had when you started.
6. Reconnect with yourself
Reconnect with your dreams and start dreaming BIG. Grab a journal and reconnect with the dreams you once had and better yet, come up with some new dreams. Once you reconnect with your dreams, you'll have the desire and inspiration to begin to take action and suddenly you will have found yourself again.
7. Get out of your comfort zone
It's time to get uncomfortable by trying new things and meeting new people. Learn to challenge yourself to do something that is slightly terrifying, yet invigorating. What is the first thing that came to your mind? Go do that!
8. Learn to listen
Learn to pay attention to the signs on the road, songs on the radio, and the people you meet in the street. There are messengers all around with Divine guidance to help you move forward on your path. Your key to finding yourself may very well be on a billboard or come to you as a thought in the shower. Listen up, pay attention, and then follow through on your inspired action.
And finally,
Instead of letting your alone time become time you fill by replaying worries in your head and letting your anxiety nearly control you, find things that you genuinely enjoy doing by yourself. Rediscover the fact that you really like your freedom and enjoy your own company.
Learn to live life to the fullest and enjoy every moment!
