I HV HEAVINESS AND GRIDINESS IN HEAD . FEELING TIRED SOMETIME EXCESSIVE. FEEL NERVOUSNESS SOMETIME, LOW CONCENTRATIOD LOSE INTEREST TO DO ANYTHING.there remain stifffness in back and pressure on arms and sometimes fever feeling on back. i get tired very much if i do some work. i consult neurologist and i m taking elofolin 7.5 mg and etizest 0.25 mg in morning and dexanil plus and amitop 10 mg in night. sleep and hunger is good.

Your symptoms are generalised and you have nt mentioned the duration of symptoms .These symptoms may be part of a medical problem like thyroid disorder , anemia of any cause, vit B12 deficiency . Pls provide the results of investigation if u have any .

You seem to be having anxiety depression and you r already on treatment. Seeing your symptoms the treatment is fine and helping you. Make sure you understand the problem n treatment. Regularly follow up with doctor and you will be fine. Focus on regular healthy diet, exercise, brisk walk. Take time from routine to enjoy n chill with family, friends.
