I am able to understand your current situation. You seem to be suffering from depressive symptoms and irritability also might be a part of it. How is your sleep and appetite? And concentration at whatever you do? There is no need to be suffering with it for such a long time. I would be more than happy to help you with that. It is easily manageable. Some counselling and if needed medical help might be useful for you. You can directly consult with me through Practo. Discussions will be held confidential. Online chat consultation is also available.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
