Hi I can imagine it must be quite difficult for you. I will recommend that you set your priorities and decide what you want. If you want to get married now or in future let him know and have a discussion about what he really wants out of this relationship.you cannot force him to get married if he doesn't want it,.however knowing this will help you make your decision I suggest try to think through this calmly and not to jump to conclusion. If you are feeling low, have lost interest in things, if you are unable to sleep and eat, if you feel hopeless about future and have thoughts of harming yourself please see a psychiatrist in person at the earliest. Hello, It usually take weeks or few month to get adjusted when you go through a breakup. You have tried your best in this relationship so do not blame yourself. Make sure you are not alone try to be with someone close to you, share your thoughts, sleep for adequate time, have healthy meals on time, involve in activities you used to enjoy earlier. You can take help of mental health professionals to deal with such situation.
