Depressed, Breathless, Hyper

I become so hyper when in an argument with someone that I started stammering. I feel so depressed and stressed out when it comes about life. Not happy with the surroundings anymore. Headache has become common. Sometimes, I get breathless when I things don't go according to me. I become so revengeful and suicidal mind.
