Hello sir.... Based on your clinical picture one of the teeth has very week gum support... you need to go for deep scaling(teeth cleaning) to remove the deposits...if your teeth is too mobile , then extraction of teeth can be done followed by replacement with five unit fixed bridge can be done...if the teeth is little mobile then you can go for 3 unit bridge....removable prosthesis is also possible ...bt considering your age fixed bridge is the good option
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur clinical examination and management

Visit a dentist to get the area of teeth examined as there are other alternatives except implants too..A deep scaling is required for the calculus removal alongwith examining the adjacent teeth as one of them is insufficient of gum support for which gum coverage may be suggested..A fixed prosthesis can be provided but with good condition of adjacent teeth even a removable prosthesis can work with maintenance of good oral hygiene..

Hi...yes you can go for a removable denture, if you can’t maintain your oral hygiene. Because for a fixed bridge you need proper hygiene with firm adjacent teeth for support.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist. Get a Cleaning/ Scaling done.
