The overall understanding of the health of ones' teeth and gums require not just a radiograph but also an in clinic evaluation.
As far as I can comprehend I see a decayed wisdom tooth in your lower left.
Additionally minor gaps can be seen inbetween the teeth which can be corrected with orthodontic treatment for which your bite has to be checked and the facial profile to be
studied (again calls for an in clinic appointment)
There is no boneloss observed radiographically, if any gingival inflammation is present it wont show on the radiograph it must be observed clinically.
Next Steps
1. Suggested in clinic consultation (visit a dental clinic to the earliest)
2. Root canal/extraction of the decayed wisdom tooth
3. Brushing twice daily in circular motion gargling after every meal.
