As you have undergone filling, it needs ti be checked with xray if close to pulp or more decay? If the filling material or technic not correct then also sensitivity can be there. You may require root canal treatment or just refilling.plz visit any good dentist.

Hi..you might need a re-filling or a root canal treatment. Your symptoms are more towards root canal. Visit dentist ASAP. Regards

There are chances of breakage in the filling done in cavity which may cause sensitivity in your tooth. Without clinically investing, one can tell you the exact cause. If you stay in ahmedabad, you can visit my clinic. Check out details @ www.thedentalhubs.com
