I have my gums ( behind my front upper two tooth ) swollen . It's not hurting but irritating especially when I am eating or drinking

Maybe you have eaten something hard or very hot. Just stop touching or irritating it. Then it will subside in 2-3 days. Also there is natural elevation in that area called as incisive papilla. It may not be swelling.
