Hi i started braces treatment for protruded upper teeth, dentist extracted my premolars , but i have big tongue & may be my braces treatment will narrow my jaw ; what should i do so i wont face any future sleep apnea ?

No the dentist must have removed the teeth only after considering the space available and your X-rays. He will utilise that space to push the protruding teeth back
