Dear Sir,
My son is 2.5 years on his 2 nd birthday while playing he fallen down that time his front part tooth broken.
Now it is seen a small boil in the gum. Can please confirm is there any problem he suffering. There is no pain as of now.

The way it appears in this image, it seems there is a broken part of the tooth root which is still intact and its infected. The small boil that u see is due to accumulation of pus at the site. yes it needs immediate attention

It is pus accumulation/abscess. You definitely need to take him to a dentist as soon as possible. This has occurred due to trauma & requires Root Canal as treatment.
