Hello There has been no direct connection, but I suggest you to visit an ENT surgeon and oral micrographic surgeon for better diagnosis and treatment

From the history provided ,the tinnitus issue was there before the implant placement. There is no direct connection cited with implant placement and tinnitus. Healing initially takes 6-8 weeks around and 6-8 months for complete osteointegration. Implants can trigger an immune response as its foreign body ,but its low grade inflammation as implants are biocompatible.

Hello, Was sinus lift surgery done along with the implant procedure? Does the implant show any signs of infection? Did you have any prior sinus issues? There have been some studies where tinnitus occurs after implants, but it subsides after a few weeks. If it's been 2 years, then I would suggest consulting a ENT specialist along with a oral maxillofacial surgeon to get a better understanding if the implant is the cause of your tinnitus

Well a dental implant shouldn't interfere with tinnitus problem directly but did you discuss it with your dentist before placement of implants ? Dental implant shouldn't be removed unless n until it's interfering with your tinnitus. You should consult with your ent doctor and let him know that you have undergone dental implant recently and weather it has really to do something with your tinnitus problem . Bone healing usually takes around 3-6 months after implant placement.
