After looking  at your teeth clinically, the treatment plan for you might look like this- 1) RCT for your canine followed by post core & some crown lengthening procedure which will help in longevity of the tooth. 2) RCT in your premolar too 3) Joint crowns for both the teeth. 4)your incisors need only filling

Dear you asked many question i will try to answer each one of them 1)yes rct will sufficient for decay , if rct is followed by cap that will be more than enough 2) for post and core :- its necessary to have at least 20% of tooth structure above the gum Your dentist can do crown lengthening and then post and core can be done 3) implant is better but i would like to do more conservative t/t but it depends on doctor to doctor 4) For front teeth if your doc. Is saying restoration will be sufficient , then no need for rct as rct is only required when injury is deep enough to reach pulp(soft tissues inside teeth)

Hi, yours is a case with multiple treatment options.. your premolar requires rct definitely, your canine might sustain after post n core provided one involves your lateral incisor too in a bridge.. 2 incisors u can get them filled but lasting soution might be a crown only.. all the best

x-ray will help for exact treatment plan . but acoording to your pic 1.for canine best treatment is implant or go for RCT then crown lengthening ,post and core and good quality cap. 2.for premolar- RCT and cap 3. for front teeth cosmatic filling search qualified dentist

Is there any other tooth that is missing on same side .? the front one implant is better option . for back tooth if u have pain or hot sensitivity then go for rct +crown .
