If thickness of crown is more and ur tongue space is reduced may be that’s y ur feeling uncomfortable then go for new all ceramic bridge , and even u r complaining of pain (u dint mention whether root canal done or not )if root canal is not done then go for it for the treatment u can visit me .

Its always best to get evaluated if the irritation is persistent. Gums should not irritate after cementing new crowns.
