My daughter is having dental caries.. please find the pics attached. Can such caries be reversed with regular application of dental mousse?

The pictute shows nursing bottle caries..No doubt they seem to be small ..In my opinion you should visit a dentist for getting checked depth of cavities whether or not they require filling ..Also in kids you should go for SDF treatment to prevent cavities and modify the child's diet

Hello The picture that you have attached shows that the cavity or decay is in an initial stage and yes you can definitely try using Mousse. But I would recommend that you just visit your dentist and get a checkup done. Sometimes the cavity is a bit deep which cannot be cured by home remedies and some filling might be required for that particular tooth. Also he or she will recommend to go for fluoride application or SDF therapy. There are certain therapies that are available for arresting or preventing the cavity formation in children. Do better to go for physical examination

Regular maintenance of oral hygiene with proper brushing technique with ultra soft toothbrush is important as a preventive measure & also to reverse carious process of teeth .
