It spreads only by mosquito.. not from human to human.. if the infected mosquito is there in the house can bite and spread.

Yes it can but mode of transmission here is different Same mosquito biting patient and healthy person sleeping by side can  infect healthy person So prevention lies in addressing mosquito issues
