I had dengu test it's shows positive I have fever around 100 degree I'm taking coconut water juice papaya leaf juice it's been 4 day the platlete count is 1 lakh 85 thousand pls guid me it's time to any worry or there is any medicine to increase platelet I'm attaching the report
