Management of dengue is basically symptomatic. You need not worry as your counts are mildly deranged. Take proper rest, Dolo 650 SOS and consult if and when needed.

You are suffering from Dengue infection. Don't panic. Take plenty of fluids like normal water atleast 3-4 litres everyday, papaya juice, coconut water etc. Take healthy diet. For Fever you can take Dolo 650 as and when required. Apart from that Take Caripill or Platimax tablet once daily for 1 month as that would help in increasing the platelet count. There is no particular medication to treat Dengue infection just increase you fluid intake and keep monitoring the platelet count. If platelet count falls below 20000 then hospitalization is required. In case of emergency consult under Practo for further evaluation.
