Dengue problem

Hi all, My father was suffering with fever from Monday . The fever was 101F maximum. Last 2 days has no fever . I have tested dengue at Wednesday where ns1 antigen and igg was negetive but igm was boderline (10.5) . Platelet was 2.1 lakh . Yesterday I have tested again only platelet it's showing 1.85 lakh . Is is decreased . If today also the platelet is decreasing then what will I do ? Is it normal . Actually we have a plan outstation by train in next Monday . Can you pls guide me
