In dengue fever the platelet count does fall till fever is there n for two more days ,I can say for around a week..so it's imp to check platelet count every morning n evening n see the trend coz if they go below 20000 then patient needs hospitalization where donor platelets are transfused to patient.. At such low platelet count patient is very much prone to bleed by trivial injury n then bleeding does not stop. Good news is the platelets start riding after one week.

You should get admitted to a hospital. It is only Day 4. Platelet count may still fall further.
