Both the reports of platelet count (2.1 lac and 1.85 lac) are normal. No action is required. He is fine now. There is no point in getting repeated platelet count done unless he has prolonged fever or develops some other symptoms . You can give him a good diet and few immunity boosters.

Drink plenty of water. Get tested for platelet count every 2 days till 1 lakh. If below 1 lakh , daily once, if below 50 k, get admitted in hospital. These are the scenarios with other report is normal. If any more fluctuations in other reports too, need to get consultation and advice.
