nothing to worry, just make sure she is well hydrated, thats the most important thing in dengue. she need 4 liters minimum water in a day. papaya leaf extract juice or capsules can help boost her platelet count. kindly consult ur physician regarding this. if she gets more sick or of she has any bleeding or rash kindly take her to the nearest ER

Dengue fever management is by supportive and symptomatic treatment. I would advise you to give her a papaya leaf extract tablets or juice which will help to improve the platelet count and monitor the blood every 2 days. I would advise you to observe her for any bleeding from gums, stools, wound, etc in which case she would need to be taken to the hospital in an emergency situation. Make sure she's well hydrated and the fever will come under control and the condition is definitely treatable and curable.
