My friend has been suffering from dengue for the past 1 week. I have attached her test reports. Her platelets are low. How severe is it ? Will she need blood transfusion ? Her liver enzymes are very high

Hospitalised? Then the doctor will take care according to her symptoms. For the time being,no blood transfusion required if she is not having any purpuric spot or tourniquet test is negative. She will be alright soon Relax
