Having fever from 3 days. I went to emergency two times abd they give paracetamol IV and saline when I was injected last time it was todays night after that fever is 100 but now having vomiting but only once today (till now) and also loose motion started can you tell what should i do? Is it severe condition?

Should consider getting Cbc, NS1 antigen test done. You need proper medication for quick relief. Is vomiting and fever associated with bleeding in stools or from nose? Is there any episode of itching? Need more detail history for proper evaluation and guidance
