Hi my name is Anand and I'm 28 years old. My Deltoid muscle is paining a lot after my gym workout. It's been more than a month I stopped my workouts. But still my Deltoid muscle and shoulder is paining. I'm sure this is not a fracture. At the same time I'm not able to predict pain is with muscle or nerve. How can I overcome this pain and will I be able to start my gym workouts like before. Kindly suggest. Thanks
I have been having a muscle cramp after workout any muscle. It happens till evening.
