Wished to know if there is any safe way to delay periods by around 1 week without having any side effects much.If so, whats the process and for how long should it be followed?

Take Tablet Regestrone CR 10 mg twice a day for as long as you don’t want to get your periods. You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 5-7 days

Remember to start Regestrone at least 5 days before the expected date of periods otherwise it will not work Avoid papaya and pineapple Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses and travel
