Dehydration problem

Respected Sir / Ma'am,                            I'm suffering from dehydration problem taking ORS everything fine but lot of weekness not able to stand for 5-10mins.Can I get suggestion what to do.      Had fever, headache and back pain for couple of days. Its cured now,but not getting rid of weekness. Thanking you, Regards
