My Problems - My knee joint gives voice like (kat, kat......), sometimes pain occurs during winter season, but voice like (kat , kat .....) from knees always comes from before 7-8 years, today I have done my blood test Results below 👇 Vitamin B12 - Abnormal - 138 Vitamin D - Abnormal - 8.03 Thyroid profile T3, T4 & TSH - Normal RA factor quantitative - Normal Uric Acid - Normal Please suggest me right medicine & right foods, fruits & excercise?
