Hello Sir/Mam...In my diet Omega3 is missing..Now I take omega3 fish oil supplement 1000mg daily basis...is it safe to consume this supplement in summer season..can I take this supplement for life long in dose mentioned above...plss rply sir

Gud morning no supplements or capsules is the solution,it can only give short term result,if u want to lead a healthy life try to have a healthy balanced diet with exercise daily minimum of 30mins early morning if possible or else evening,drink plenty of water approx 3ltrs including other liquid food items,reduce stress by doing yoga or meditation ,sleep early,by following these guidelines u can lead a healthy life.If u need a proper guidance then connect through practo.
