Hello.. Usually third molars are not restored.. Root canal also mostly not done because it will be difficult to access through the instruments. The third molar in most conditions are impacted.. First and second molars are enough for chewing.. And mostly third molars are extracted.. Don't worry about extraction.. Follow up with your opg or xray of that teeth, to confirm the treatment method.. Thank you..
