In my mouth cheek m having a line of dea d cells.which is not pain full..amnd my gum getting darker from previous..And some dot like in upper leap.

Hi sir... The line is normal variant of oral mucosa in which we medically alled as LINEA ALBA... No need to worry about that .. The darker gums may be due to calculus deposits which cause chronic gingivitis that needs to be cleaned (scaling) by dentists...

A whitish line running in d middle of cheek is called linea Alba, which is a normal finding. But for hyperpigmented gums u can consult a good aesthetic dentist who will give various treatment options after clinical examination
