De hydration and high bp

My husband having high bp for past two days body completely dehydrated and feeling too tired high bp revently checked as 200/100 and checked all blood and urine test shows normal bt bp slowing getting down pls advice here

200/100 mm hg is a critical BP range.Do consider measuring the BP at least 3 times with a gap of minute.If it remains in the same range take him to a nearby hospital or medical center as it's required to bring his BP to a lower level.

Need few more details. Don't take it lightly need to start medicine immediately.Do ecg and blood tests should be done.This is very high bp could be lead to heart attack or  brain stroke.patient should be treat immediately ASAP
