I think you meant _ walking just 10,000 steps a day causes breathlessness whereas sleeping resolves it. I think you should cut down the steps to 6-8k prob, of breathlessness persist even at moderate or day to day life activity or even at rest, king consult an Internal Medicine expert for evaluation and management.
