I always have dashmularishta as a general tonic I used to have period irregularities and i was very weak, could not do a lot of work.  So  3 years ago i started taking dashmularsishta as a general tonic and really the tonic is very helpful. I never suffered from period irregularities or weakness after taking the tonic since 3 years. Now the thing is that i am 3 weeks pregnant by now. Can i continue taking dashmularsishta during my whole pregnancy journey ?is the tonic good for pregnancy period also? . Please do let me know should i stop or continue with dashmularsishta during this time
