Darkness and itching on the legs

I had lice in my head 1 year back same time I got infection in my legs. Visited the doctor he said it is mites. Got treated for it and now again having itching and it has left darkness in both my legs. Itching is during the night only. I don't have any lice anymore. Please help what should I do
