Dark brown stool with yellow mic

Hi doctor, I am on treatment of frequently motion. I am on antibiotics , probiotic and antacids and.colospa for ibs tablet since 10 days. I see dark brown stool sometime ( after 4-5). I am not sure if it is normal. I took pieace of stool and took closer picture. I am attaching complete stool picture and stool picture. I am bit stressed. Is this stool normal in pic ? ( Sorry to share all this hear but i am doing due to stress and anxieties)

This may be due slight bleeding in upper gastrointestinal tract. Kindly upload the treatment details (full current medications) Have you undergone endoscopy and colonoscopy? Any ultrasound abdomen taken? If possible kindly upload all the investigations also To be reviewed with your reply soon for prescription of drugs and better treatment advice

Dark brown stool can be normal sometimes ,if u have frequent loose stools get a stool culture done and avoid junk and fatty foods and consume lots of fibre
