Hello doctor. Suddenly from last two months i am having my periods on 24day of my cycle. Usually i use to had in 28th day. It changed suddenly. I am not taking any medicines. Even done regular blood and USG tests to. Prolactin normal, no thyroid, AMH 2.8. Though from last 3 to 4 months i am having active sex to conceive. Does the cycle changed due to actively trying to conceive?? Please help wether it is normal or is it something i need to be worried about. I have endromisis 11.6mm. Bulky uterus 103x46x64 mm . Left ovary adhered with uterus. Left overt have chocolate cyst 16x16mm. Please help...

First of all having your periods every 24 days is not really a disaster. Secondly there is no point in interfering with your cycle because the treatment should be sought when you get your periods more frequently than once in 21 days or if your periods are delayed by more than 35 days. You are in the middle. At the best you can get Ovulation studies done, starting from day 8 of the cycle. This is because you want to conceive.

This is normal only. Periods coming in less than 21 days or more than 35 days needs to be investigated. Active trying for conception has nothing to do with it. Connect for conception advice

This is a normal menstrual cycle Unrelated to the fact ur trying fr conception Go fr a test called hsg to see if consequent to endometriosis the tubes are open or closed
