Pls have look at picture don't know what it is like cut or scratch in gum. Pls provide good medciation thanks

It may be the result of improper brushing or some sharp and hard food items may have caused you trauma and cut on the gums... Do salt water gargling....

Its a tooth brush trauma . Apply mucopain  ointment on that region . It will subside within 4 -5  days .

Hot or spicy food intake may cause this. Dologel CT, 3-5 times/day, In clean mouth use finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel, keep applied on gum area for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes.
