Cuts and Sores in Tongue

I have cuts and sores on my tongue which are not painful at all but looks very scary. These exist since one and a half year now and have not minimized in any way. I have cuts on the tip and sides of the tongue and blisters all around it. I'm scared it if is cancer. please help!

Normal tounge have a fairly flat surface under normal circumstances.have no cracks.the main causes of crack is 1 injury bites,cut,and laceration 2 very hot and spicy foods 3 poor nutrition and vitamin deficiency.consult your dentist to proper diagnosis  of the main causes.
