Sir i have cut on both side of tounge , it is painless there is no bleeding in it. And i have noticed an another small cut is developing slowly. It does not hurt me . but sometimes it like itching when i rub it with my tooth. It have been around 5 month i am suffering from this.its not healing. I have gone to ENT or dentist but they are saying that its not cancer or ulcer . i took b complex , multivitamin ,kenacort gel 0.1 or candid mouth paint. Still it looks the same before or developed a new
