I have a cubitus varus deformity i had treated it when I was 7 and got it to to a certain angle can this be treated again, and can i gym

Certain degree of cubitus varus is accepted... We can go for surgery like corrective osteotomy once ur elbow growth has completed which usually occur @ 17  yrs of age. Go for surgery if that varus deformity is impeding ur daily activities.

At your age, the bone growth is usually completed. The deformity may require a definitive correction procedure in the form of surgery.
