Attached My old CT scan report, I can feel something obstructing on one side of the nose and sometime in rest mode I feel breathlessness. Please check the attached report

Based on the report attached u hav a DNS ...that is the middle bone in your nose is moved to one side bt report itslf says it's mild And other findings to be sure if tats problematic ...need to see the CT film rather than report It could be allergy for which medicines may be needed
