Hi. Crying generally relives you of all the negative and unhealthy stress or pressure that you feeling hence, it feels good after we cry for sometimes. But, crying without a reason or finding reasons to cry is not healthy.
There might be some issues that you have suppressed or it might be due to some physical cause.
I would suggest you to see a doctor first, who would rule out any medical problem; followed by a psychologist with whom you could understand the reasons behind these crying bouts.
