  4. CRP level high. For baby? or wait?

Hello, my 2 yr old daughter is suffering from fever last 8 days ,now she has cold and cough also. Yesterday done blood test, so CRP level is high is 21. But my pediatrician didn't start antibiotics. Should i ask him antibiotics for baby? Or wait?? Because now there is no fever only cold and cough she has.

How is baby...playful or lethargic... If lethargic u can start antibiotic. If playful just give medicine for cold and cough

hello,crp level can be high in an viral infection also. if  baby is active not having any fever,playful active then antibiotics not required.
