I have recovered from covid but my d dimmer is 1200 and CRP is 30 ? And i am taking blood thinner medicines

Those values will take time to reduce..your CRP might rise n fall in next 2 months..it's called long vivid syndrome..But there's nothing to be worried about.. Take paracetamol when ever you are feverish Have plenty of water..your high markers will be washed away by your kidneys.. If you feel you have an infection..don't hesitate to consult a doctor and get antibiotics
