People prefer zirconia caps over metal because of its strength and abrasion resistance. Zirconia caps also has higher esthetic factors. If you find it affordable, go ahead with zirconia. Nowadays there more advancements in quality of zirconia. Do enquire about.

Nowadays people are using zirconia based caps. Compared to metal caps, Zirconia caps are better but costly, If you can afford for zirconia caps, you should tell to your dentist to put zirconia caps after rct.
